Sabrina Cranford, M.Ed., BCBA
Director of Clinical Training
Sabrina began with our JumpStart team in 2013 as a Behavior Interventionist as she was finishing up her Bachelors in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of New Mexico. She originally wanted to be a speech-language pathologist and was looking for more experience working with children with developmental delays. She volunteered at a camp with children with ASD, then searched for a job within the field and found JumpStart. Finding her passion for serving individuals with ASD, she completed her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University in 2016. Sabrina notes, “Seeing progress with our learners is definitely the most rewarding aspect of this field. I also enjoy my time at JumpStart working with other really talented and motivated behavior analysts and behavior technicians that are constantly learning more and doing better than they did the day before.” In her spare time Sabrina enjoys buying and smelling candles, reading books, watching documentaries, and talking about behavior analysis with my friends.

Faith Lyle, A.A., RBT
Assistant Director of Clinical Training
Faith came into the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) field sort of by accident! She was interviewing for a job in Colorado Springs at a therapy center for military families and was interviewed by the director of the autism center because the therapy center director was out for the day. She asked Faith if she had ever worked with children or if she was interested in working with children. She was open to it and was hired as a Behavior Technician. “I guess you can say I have found my calling. I truly love what I do and am thankful for the community I work in.” says Faith. She became part of the JumpStart family in March of 2016 as a Behavior Technician and now oversees the training of our staff as an Assistant Director of Clinical Training. She notes, “I love the people I work with at JAC. Everyone is so driven and committed to their jobs and helping families. Being able to see the impact that our work has on families and the individual is what keeps me motivated.” Faith earned her Associate of Arts in Psychology from Pikes Peak Community College and enjoys being a mom, cooking, horseback riding, hiking, and traveling.
Rebecca Feely, M.Ed., BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Rebecca earned her undergraduate psychology degree from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. After graduation she was looking for any psychology related field and someone talked to her about working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinical setting. She recalls, “I had no idea what a job like that would entail but I applied to the position anyway, was hired and immediately fell in love with the ability to make meaningful progress and change children and their families lives!” Rebecca then went on to receive a Master of Education from Arizona State University. She would one day like to be more involved in research related to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to further strengthen interventions that will allow for more children to make progress in improving their quality of life. Rebecca loves meeting new people, going to unique restaurants and breweries, and spending time with her husband, son, and their White Labrador Eevee.
Anna McKee-Poore, M.A.T., BCBA

Anna was introduced to the field of ABA while enrolled in graduate school for Special Education. She loved learning the science behind it and began pursuing ABA coursework as soon as she could. Anna came to JumpStart in 2018 with 10 years of experience in the field as well as a B.A. in English Literature and a Master of Arts in Teaching, Special Education from the University of Georgia. Anna notes, “It’s incredibly humbling to be entrusted with the development of so many wonderful children, and it’s inspiring to see the progress they make when we work together as a team to serve them.” In her spare time Anna loves to hike and do yoga, is an avid college football fan, and volunteers with the Junior League of Denver.

Aleksei began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in Indiana in 2018. After learning that her family would be moving to Albuquerque from Indiana for her husband’s job, she researched some ABA centers in the area and came across JumpStart. She recalls, “I was very excited and thrilled that I would be able to continue working in the field in a center-based setting.” Aleksei joined our team in 2019 as a Behavior Technician and has since specialized in Clinical Training. She notes, “JumpStart has awesome growth and mentorship opportunities, which led me to become more invested and passionate about pursuing ABA as a career.” Aleksei received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) as well as a minor in Health Psychology and a Certificate in Nutrition. She recently applied to Arizona State University to pursue a Master of Arts in Special Education: Applied Behavior Analysis. Wish her luck! In her free time, Aleksei plays indoor soccer on our JumpStart soccer team, takes her dogs and son to the park, and hangs out with her husband whenever they have an opportunity to get a babysitter. She loves traveling and has had the opportunity to visit many different countries abroad including Greece, Italy, El Salvador, Mexico, Canada, and a couple of others. She reflects, “Different cultures and experiences are very interesting to me, and I like to learn about them to better understand and help others.”
